Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to hygienic reasons, myskinbalance does not offer returns. All online and in-store shop purchases are final sale. 

If you experience any reactions from skincare products sold, you must contact myskinbalance@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide us with details of your reaction, other skin care items you are using with it, and any other treatments/procedures done while using this product. Your email will be reviewed to access what may be causing the reaction and if an exchange may be granted. It is the client’s responsibility to return the item via mail or arranged drop-off to myskinbalance in order to process the exchange.
