Late Policy

For every appointment, clients must arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure your appointment runs for the full duration of your scheduled booking time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your services will be modified to your remaining time at the full-service price. 

No Show/Late Cancellation Policy

A late cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in a skin specialist’s day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24-hour notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24-hour notice, or miss their appointment, will forfeit their deposit.
